Turbo Property Management believes in strong communication between Property Owners & Tenants.  Owners receive a monthly statement of rents received & copies of invoiced paid.  Tenants receive regular updates keeping them informed about routine maintenance they need to me aware of depending on the season.

Turbo Property Management has an effective tenant screening process, including background/credit check, employment & landlord verification.  Students are required to have a co-signer, and security deposits are due in full prior to move-in.

All our properties are well maintained, and we have a quick turn-around on maintenance time.  It's very important to us that our properties are always up to par and functioning properly!
